If you concluded the contract as a consumer (a natural person acting outside their trade or profession), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you, took possession of the goods.
Note: Dental Bud trades predominantly with dental practices, clinics and wholesalers. Where the purchase is made in the course of a business activity, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply; in that case the terms stated in the quote govern.
Send notice of withdrawal by email to [email protected] or by post to Bud d.o.o., Trenkova 14, 34000 Požega, Hrvatska. The notice must be unambiguous and sent before the 14-day period expires. You may use the form below, but you are not obliged to.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after giving notice. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods. We refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of dispatch at the latest.
There is no right of withdrawal for sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, or for goods made to the customer's specification.
